I recently dined at this lovely restaurant and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was inviting, with a cozy yet elegant atmosphere perfect for any occasion. The gals held my surprise bday do last Friday night. My first time at Dilrubar and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. From the unassuming ground floor where we had our dinner with menu which were nostalgic. As Deepa described, it was based on her mum’s recipes and came nicely presented. Loved everything on our table frm the sardine fried rice to the mutton pizza and outta the world biryani. Knockout flavors. Happy Foodie. And was trully smittened with my cocktail. My old fashioned was perfect…nicely presented with right dash of bitters. The service by Deepa and her team was like an icing on the cake. The music and ambience at the first floor was nice and homey. A treat for 80s music lovers. Besides the fact that it was my bday and i was being spoilt rotten, Dilruba has my two thumbs up. Flew from Singapore, Monday night we head off for our dinner to a Indian bistro with all my favourite songs played just missed their live band are from Thursday to Sunday. Let's come to the Food it will 10/10 as it was super delicious and shiok spicy level and creative dishes they create each dish with a beautiful name it was awesome. Tapas were great we tried Vellore Pani Puri which was wow for me as it was so different. It was Crab meat spicy with some chili n veg the shot was Morru. Then chettinad mutton pizza super delicious, spicy shiok was the called Madras Gambas. Then comes our Nerupana chicken wings and Kuri Kuri Bhindi.
