Domino's Jalan Pudu — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

My order was not delivered. The estimated timing was 8:05-8:20. I arrived my hotel as 8pm sharp. I checked the order status and it says that the restaurant was still preparing my order. I went up to put my personal items down and received a missed call from my driver so i rushed back down but the driver and my order was nowhere to be seen. (Usually they will place the orders at the receptionist area). When i tried to call him back multiple times, he declined my call or picked up but immediately ended my call. When i managed to get through, he mentioned Dominos policy is to call the customer if the customer doesn’t pick up, the order is to be sent back to the restaurant. If i’d still like my order to be delivered i can give the restaurant a call. This driver called me only ONCE. And it didn’t go through because i had no signal in the lift and whatsoever. So when i called the restaurant MULTIPLE TIMES, the calls didn’t get through so i called the driver to ask him to deliver my order. The driver did not get back to me. I waited for over 45mins from the estimated delivery timing until i decided to just pick up my order at the restaurant. So now i’m making my way there to pick up an order that was supposed to be delivered. This driver’s audacity to ask me for money to deliver my order was what pissed me off. Because i already PAID. I did not received The order at all !!!! I place The order at 8pm and wait until 10:30pm still didnt get The pizza, and our christmas party is ruin by Domino !!!! and until 1:20am I still havent received the pizza but you completed The order and charge me ????? Keep pop out The Useless Number that you show in Grab that ask us to contact the Domino!! No One’s Pick up ! No One’s Response ! Received Nothing but still charge me !? If the Merchant can’t make the order then don’t open Or direct Cancel the order and inform earlier !

And I Finally manage to contact Domino Pudu outlet in the next day and the staff say he can’t do anything and give me the Manager Ayu Contact Number to me and ask to direct talk to the Manager, and the manager first main point is keep asking me rudely where I get the number from instead of talk softly or Apologise, The Manager AYU still raise up her voice to me and direct Hung up my Call while I’m still talking ! Is that the way Domino Manager Treat the customer ? WHAT KIND OF STANDARD OF DOMINO’S MANAGER , SO CALL INTERNATIONAL BRAND BUT WITH THE LOW STANDARD OF MANAGER. This is so ridiculous and worst experience...
