Oh don’t think their service deserve even one star.. but too bad Google can’t allow zero star.. even any mamak serve way better..went here for my first time with one of friend…. Usual doubt as a first timer, where to order, the entrance is block should or should not to enter to make order..no one has given us instructions don’t see any menu nothing …decided to just wait outside the shop.. not much crowd at that time only us and another one customer queue.. finally some one have attempt to us…I asked my friend to make my order together obviously to make thing easier and quicker.. a fat Chinese woman asking not very politely what do you want .. but not expect much from a kopitiam..my friend said tight and she replied we don’t sell tight.. oh well my friend turn and ask no tight what else I answer drumstick within a minute… and that lady (aunty) start pointing at me scolding and shouting like I have burned down her shop…want us to respond faster.. I doubt ain't within 20 second is fast enough ? Me and my friend was shocked and felt super embarrassing..no clue whats the aunty has been going through.. mayb her bad day but why showing temper to customer ? well the moral of the story I guess is not going back to this shop, unless I have a perfect day and want to get scolded… I don’t normally make review but I thk I should this time to share my experience..my advise to you if you were to try out this shop..god...

One of the WORST food experiences I’ve had in my life.

I came here with my family on a whim as we couldn’t decide what to eat and the curry smell from the restoran was admittedly very mouth-watering.

This was our first time here, and we were quite excited to see the huge variety of curry. However, the poor customer service immediately overwhelmed how good the curry looked.

We were rudely asked by the daughter (bigger sized lady) to wait for our turn to order, even though this was after rush hour and there was no customer in queue. My mom decided to check the price of the fish and was shocked that one FILLET piece of Red Snapper was RM40.

My mom mentioned the expensive price to us but was overheard by the mother (smaller sized lady). She immediately started complaining out loud AND to other seated customers that my mom didn’t know what she was talking about and that she does not buy fish from the market so she wouldn’t know the price.

We were so furious that we immediately left. However, even when leaving we could still hear the daughter shouting after us, saying things in Cantonese like “oh we didn’t want your business anyway”.

Overall, expensive food that we weren’t even given a chance to try due to extremely poor customer service that ruined my...

Parking very difficult. Found an open space and park, a caretaker came out of nowhere ask for RM5. Line up for you turn as limited seat inside this kopitiam. The old lady owner was manning the food display. A to younger lady help out food sending and payment. A elderyman came around asking for drinks. You can either order everything in a plate or serving in groups dishes and white rice. We order sotong and fish but the lady serve seperate. Another plate of chicken, egg with rice. Last plate order curry chicken and mutton but the mutton came seperately. If you like the taste of spices this is the place to come. I found the food a bit over salty. Mutton was good but maybe overcooking left meat not intact. The fish tasted on the verge of getting spoilt. Ask expected the fish curry sourish. Sotong normal but costly at RM30. With 3 soft drinks and 2 Chinese tea total price RM 102 which I consider cheap. Value for money if you don't mind living up and don't mind the younger lady yelling to the workers 6o...

The curry prawn is amazing, the sauce is so charming. It’s a super match with Appalam Crackers. The fish head curry is tasty, too. The boss aunty and boss uncle are so friendly and hospitable. I would give them 10-star rated service if there was a 10 star in Google Map, which is not same as the other customers mentioned the bad service. But they even didn’t charge us the service fees as other shops. I guess the reason why other customers complained the service is possibly because they are just too busy to take care of all the things. As a restaurant business owner too, I can understand how busy and tired to open a restaurant, so I can stand on their own shoes to think. But the most important thing is the food is super delicious. Definitely worth the price based on my abundant traveling experiences around the world.

A chinese take on Indian mixed rice that feels more akin to Nasi Kandar. Placed in the heart of Pudu, parking here is atrocious. I walked over from my office - it will be worse during weekdays on peak lunch hours. There is a line for the food during weekday lunch hours as well - 10-15 mins to line up. Food is tasty, however slightly on the pricy side (but my protein was a fried fish) Their fish curry is very thick, fragrant and flavourful. I recommend to try at least once, will be back again but perhaps will try their chicken instead. Old timer kopitiam charm so the ambience is as such - not a problem for me but it may be slightly warm during these peak summer season.
