OldTown White Coffee • KL Eco City Mall — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I do visit a lot of Old Town White Coffee restaurants, but this one branch located in Kl Eco City Mall always a place that i like to return.

Service : Fast, i dont really wait much.

Hygiene : Excellent.

Above are the 2 most important need for me and this outlet is simply excellent. Besides this, I think the 2 managers and very friendly and proactive. I always amazed how well they have trained their staffs to provide the customers with the best service quality.

The staffs are friendly and good at their service.

Over all i will say anyone will feel very comfortable here.

A great place to relax , spend time with family and friends or to sit and work.

Wanted to have a pleasant breakfast here before starting work but turns out to be an UNPLEASANT one. Offers WOW deals, breakfast sets but the ordering kiosk shows all sold out. They guided us to scan QR and order at our table since we’re dining in, but we tried and unable to add to cart successfully (maybe due to system error). So we decided to order at counter instead, waited for 5 minutes there but no one cane to serve, and after that FINALLY one and we mentioned we want to order and she asked us to SCAN THE QR AT OUR TABLE. yall can’t believe that I’ve been forced to pay 2 bowl of mi kari because the order can’t be cancelled. the manager named MILA came to my table and force me to pay!!! although I didn’t even touch the food??? what kind of service is this. i dont deserve to be treated this way, the order should be allowed to cancelled at the first place and no issue will happen. this is not my first time had bad experience with this outlet, the first time I ordered ice coffee and they only told me no ice after I’ve made the payment while i made the payment at the...
