SUBWAY @ Capsquare — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Be very aware. I came at 8.35pm 26 Dec the same cashier lady shortchanged me again. Took my rm26 then says I gave her rm16 only. Never give rm20 note they would always flip change then showed u gave rm10 note only. Can't be coincidental all two times I've been there I gave wrong amount.. I'm very careful plus never even make sure mistake when buying anything. How come twice ovebeen to citisquare subway twice thry told me I gave wrong amount. Same tactic as tourist ripoff. Subway please investigate I'm seriously discouraged to buy again. Rm20 really looks like rm10 hence they can scam and claim otherwise Very lowdown not once but twice then she always turn and pretend to talk to her colleague despite crowded....

Don't order from this subway or probably most subways in KL. The quality is horrible and on food delivery apps they don't follow any directions. Today I got a drink with tape on the top, showing that the soda was refilled on April 16th and it is now the 20th. And it's quite obvious looking at the soda that is was not poured recently due to zero sign of carbonation.

I had an issue with them a few years ago how the local franchisee's are skimming on the meat and they straight up lie about it. Anyone else who reads this should just forward large complaints to Subway's HQ because it is a shame the owners here are such cheapskates.
