I buy coffee here almost every day, and this branch is very disappointing compared to other outlets (KLCC, TRX, big malls): Always unavailable to receive orders – This outlet frequently turns off orders due to “high demand.” Bigger and busier branches never do this, so why only here? Slow service from certain staff – Drinks are almost always delayed when handled by the two male baristas. In contrast, the lady barista consistently prepares drinks fast, efficiently, and with a smile. Not about volume, but efficiency – The issue is not how many orders come in, but how well they are managed. One staff proves it’s possible to handle all orders quickly without long waits, while others make customers wait unnecessarily.
