I don’t usually give bad reviews unless it is absolutely necessary. I came here on the first day of MCO 3.0 for lunch take away. I ordered one chapati, one rava thosai, fried beans and deep fried bitter gourd. As everyone said the staffs are really polite, friendly always smiling. I was charged RM8.00 for my take out. Bear in mind this is a stall by the street. I don’t mind the overcharge as long the food is great. The chapati is truly soft and i loved the texture and taste. Beans was ok. Unfortunately i was really unhappy with the deep fried bitter gourd. Clearly it was over-fried to the point of black in color and it was not crispy nor chewable. I doubt it was cooked for lunch. It may have been the leftover from the day before. I’m not sure but clearly not of quality. If I paid RM1 each for the vegetable, i might have let it slide but you charged me awesomely, so here i am saying you should keep up quality food if you want to charge people that price. I will not visit again unless it’s an urgent buy for...

There was a motorbike parked horizontally which blocked our car frm parking in. So my dad decided to get down and move the motorbike further. A punjabi guy in orange shirt (i believe is the owner of the stall) came out from the stall and asked my dad to park somewhere else and threatened to call DBKL if we blocked his stall. Oh goodness! This must have been the worst foodstall operator...
Read moreComplacent and bad service. I have been going for some years now and the food has always been very nice. But for some reason today’s visit has shown that they are not interested in serving the customer well anymore. The drink making lady observed that I had been waiting a while for some service and let the boss know. But he decided to do nothing about it. I wish them well but this is my last visit there as the choices for chapatis and service is so much better in the Brickfields area. It’s harder to get to Tiger Jits now too via train as a huge building is coming up. One would think they would focus on the customers more who still make the effort to go. I guess they are still making lots of money and so it...
