I went to this cafe many times already. The desserts, the croissant shapes are very beautiful and some are very creatives, and the tastes are very delicious (Plain Croissant, Breakfast Champion Croissant, Almond Croissant, Matcha Croissant, Strawberry Vanilla Custard Croissant, Lemon Pistachio Croissant, Flat Fruity Croissant (Mango & Strawberry Flavors), Cube Croissants, Pain Au Chocolate), Cinnamon Roll (with different flavours each month), Canele (with different flavours each month). Furthermore, other desserts like Choux Puffs, Donuts (9 Flavors), Tart series (Lemon Meringue, Strawberry Chocolate, Oolong Peach, Biscoff Chocolate Sea Salt, there are different flavours each month, it depends on luck to test it hehe), Creamy Burnt Cheesecake Series (Original, Earl Grey, Hazelnut Strawberry, Lemon, Lychee Strawberry Rose, Matcha, Pistachio, Black Sesame, et cetera Flavors - always with different flavours), Sponge Cake Series (Ondeh-Ondeh, Jasmine&Fruits), Cookie Danish (Chocolate & Matcha Flavor), Wild Mushroom Truffle Danish are very nice to eat too. Apart from that, the café coffees need to drink slowly, and it can sense the aroma of the coffee bean mixed with the taste of the fruits. So, just select the coffee types you wish to drink. All of them are delicious, for example, the pour over coffee or filter coffee using Ethiopia Coffee Bean, Dirty Latte, and so forth Besides that, their Housebrew Kombucha, made with Oolong Tea (Blueberry, Passion Fruit, Pineapple, Strawberry Flavors) and made with Coffee are very pleasant to drink. Other non-coffee drinks such as Hot Tea (Peach, Passion Fruit, Chamomile Flavors), Hot Chocolate, Hommade Chai Latte, Hot Uji Matcha Latte, Hojicha Latte, Mocha, Passionfruit Lemon Iced Tea, Strawberry Lemon Fizz, Fruit Juice (Shine Like A Diamond & Sunrise), and et cetera are very nice to try as well and the art on the Latte is very creative and beautiful. Last but not least, the café staff and the services are very good, and the place is very picturesqueness. Finally, I strongly recommend this café...

Saw reviews recommending this cafe that earned a spot in the World's 100 Best Cafes. It really was quite impressive, and prices are considerably reasonable. The desserts here are generally not as sweet, which is great. There are also many interesting options available here.

We got the Kaya and Genmaicha Croissant Toast that was delicious, the toast was beautifully crisp with kaya filling inside and a kueh on top that was surprisingly soft and tasty. I'd definitely recommend getting this and all the other flavours in this series. Next, rhe Burnt Cheesecake was great as well, the flavours of peanut butter and chocolate went well together, and the texture was creamy. It got a bit rich towards the end, so do share this if you're getting it. Lastly, we also tried the Pistachio Lemon Meringue Croissant. I thought that while the pistachio cream was fragrant, the meringue was too sweet and the lemon flavour was lacking. The croissant texture was pretty good though, flaky and buttery. However, this was probably the most standard of all their desserts, so I'd really recommend trying other desserts instead of the croissants. We also bought a whole sourdough, which we tried after going back. It was pretty solid, but do definitely heat it up for a better taste!

As for drinks, the Gula Melaka Coffee was a bit too sweet and so was the Iced Chocolate. The hot coffee using their house blend was good though.

Service was friendly and efficient. The ambience was also really cute, the deco was aesthetic. Do note that the stairs to go up to the seating area are quite steep though, so climb them carefully!

Overall, a fantastic cafe option that I would definitely return to if I'm...

When this café ranked 73rd among the world's best coffee shops and 9th in Asia by @theworlds100bestcoffeeshops, I was eager to visit and experience its food and service firsthand. . Atmosphere Cozy but cramped. The space feels tight, which may not suit everyone. . Food & Drinks Iced Americano (RM13): A straightforward cold brew with no distinct brewing notes. Hot Long Black (RM11): We hoped for something that stood out, but it tasted quite standard. Breakfast Champion (RM14): One of their specialties. It was enjoyable. . Areas for Improvement The rugs had a noticeable odor. When we mentioned it, the staff quickly responded with a refresher spray. While well-intentioned, spraying fragrance while customers are sipping coffee isn’t ideal. A better approach would be proper cleaning and training on handling customer feedback. . The café should also have someone with a keen sense of smell to monitor and maintain cleanliness, especially for old rugs and linens. . Final Thoughts We can’t say the experience was exceptional or disappointing. It was simply ordinary—perhaps because we had higher expectations for a café ranked among the best in the world. . We sincerely hope the café continues to improve and makes Malaccans...
