Andalus Kitchen — Restaurant in Malacca

We happened to visit this gem unexpectedly yesterday when we lost our way in jonker area. We loveee everything about this restaurant: the hospitality, the vibe, the food (taste and quality) and the prices too! Many people told us to be careful of tourist trap around jonker area, but it's totally not the case for Andalus. It's a pure gem that I strongly recommended to everyone to visit. Please visit Andalus when you are in Melaka. You won't be dissapointed with their food. They really deserve for recognition.

Yesterday we ordered super supreme beef pizza and chicken hummus - for snack. The portion is soo good, it taste amazing and exceeding our expectation. It came along with some bread and salad. 21/6/25: Visited this place again and am happy with the servings served. I think it has shrunk a little maybe due to prices of raw ingredients. Anyway, was happy with the food flavor n place. Love the lamb dishes. Somehow it goes well with the rice n bread. Will come again.

Very interesting place with a great variety of food. Was impressed with the simplicity of the set up but blown away by the food served. This place has the yummiest lamb kebab and the most tender fall of the bone smoked beef ribs. Definitely the best we had in Malaysia! It was a solo Chef so service could be a little slow when they are full house but it was totally worth the wait, we loved it so much we went back the day after! Very flavorful mandi rice, so well marinated chicken tikka, amazing homemade garlic sauce, and freshly made flat bread. No matter which meat we chose, all of them were very tender and juicy!
