Tony Roma's — Restaurant in Malacca

This branch located in Makhota Parade mall is usually quiet and not too crowded. The restaurant itself is pretty big with plenty of seatings for all sorts of crowd size.

Service crew in this branch is above average, we usually get very helpful, courteous staffs and on some days, a few who are not helpful at all. For example, we had an incident when we were told AFTER we placed our orders that they ran out of bread. This is when one of their staff who helped us with our orders ensured us that they will serve this. We were eventually served the promised bread after speaking to their manager. It almost seems like the staffs are too lazy to prepare more bread after they ran out.

The food is generally very good, try their signature Beef Ribs, these are juicy and tasty. Shrimp salad is great too, generous portion and reasonably priced too. The mushroom soup is so-so, probably from canned food and way too salty. They have a really wide selection of drinks to go with your meal too, great if you have choosy kids!

Dining environment in the restaurant is good, it has darker lighting giving out a good ambience, nicely cooled and comfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tony Roma's and was thoroughly impressed by the excellent food and attentive service. The restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

One of the standout dishes was the lamb ribs, which were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The portion sizes were generous, and I was pleasantly surprised by the huge amount of food that arrived at my table.

In addition to the main courses, the desserts at Tony Roma's were exceptional. I indulged in a delicious slice of chocolate cake, which was rich and decadent.

While the food at Tony Roma's is excellent, it is worth noting that the restaurant is slightly expensive. However, in my opinion, the high-quality food and attentive service make it worth the extra cost.

The service rendered by Ms Gomathi is absolutely excellent!Not only she is attentive to our requests,she went the extra mile to ensure the kids get the right food for themselves as we've ordered 3 plates of Pastas for them not knowingly its too spicy for them.Ms Gomathi went the extra mile to compliment us kids meal with no questions asked.She is truly appreciates her customers all at ages.
