28 Food Centre — Restaurant in Sarawak

This is bad experience.. Me and my mum having breakfast here. Me order laksa as usual. Their laksa recommended.. But my mom ordered mi kolo. That was 30min past, mee haven't sent to our table. I was asking many times, they said "wait.." i waited till my laksa finished, mi kolo still not ready. Looks like the owner just sitting down n play with his hp while my mom order he still not making yet. Very bad experience.. If u can't make mi kolo, then just close your shop for 1 day then u can paly with your hp all day long. Don't just ask us to wait but you didn't cook the noddles.....

I find their laksa quite special because of its thick broth. I wouldn't call this Sarawak Laksa, because many can comment that this isn't qualified to be 'Sarawak Laksa'. But it's one of those Miri shops that makes really good food. Their service is quick and efficient, their location is in town, perfect for tourists. They have fresh prawns, good portions and a reasonable price. I totally recommend the Mee Kolok Laksa, it' goes well together, it explodes in your mouth at every slurp. At only Rm7 you're in for...

It is easy to find this restaurant in a corner near the shopping mall Imperial.

The Kuching laksa here is delicious. You could decide to pick a normal bowl or a special bowl but I think the difference is only that special bowl has more prawns (but havingmore prawns are also good). Normal bowl costs 7 myr while the special one costs 9.

But I personally do not like the taste of the mee sup here, because it is neither...
