Overall the taste of the food are good but the system is really lousy and not systematic at all. have been waiting and still yet to be arrived . I don't understand how an incomplete list where there are still food haven't been delivered yet to customers and yet still can be grouped into completed one. Seriously how can such mistake be done in a restaurant. It s not like I'm an inpatient person though I have been waiting and waiting until I confronted the waitress. They kept giving me the crunchy combo set when I told them it s not the crunchy set but the mini together set. I brought my children to have lunch here. They love the food. But the food ordering part, in my opinion, can be improved. Maybe can get ready pencil and recycle papers at each table for customers to write down what they want to order before approaching the order counter. Or pre printed menus for customers to tick. Otherwise, it could get your nerves to see people thinking and browsing the menu whilst there is a long queue behind. If you have to order for many pax, bring a pen and paper, write down your dish code and name to avoid mistakes and give to the cashier. I wrote code only and i almost got my order wrong. Crunchy chicken is so-so, bland i would say. Didn't get seaweed and sweets of the day for platter 1. Paid close to 70/- for less food. Cashier even key-in the wrong order for our drinks. Proof of purchase become none when the cashier took our receipt instead of printing a new one. 2 stars only because the yangyeom chicken in the platter is good enough. Still disappointed...
