Ayam Penyet Ano — Restaurant in Sarawak

The environment is superb. Cosy. This is the first time i came here. But the service was bad. The guy at the counter was giving a meh face. I thought he only treated me that way but apparently he did the same with other customers. Very bad attitude for a front counter staff. If he is the owner’s son then i have nothing to say. But if he’s just a worker then i hope the company should send him for a customer service course. Another staff is the lady who made the drinks. She sent the drinks to the table and left them at the edge of the table. No words. No smile. It likes we owe them a world. Tired? But the place was empty when i walked in. The food wise was okay. Not yet I wanna fix you don’t wanna sleep Will i come here again? Nope. First and last. Will I recommend it to my friends...

The worker especially the cashier was way too rude. She made grumpy face when we tried to pay with QR pay. She even get rude just because we asked for the price again. Girl, ur voice was not loud enough for us to hear. With the noisy background came from the kitchen, u expect us to hear u for the 1st time? If the price is disclosed at the machine like other restaurant, then we wouldnt ask! Such a rude worker despite of all the complaints on her yet can stay there until now. I wonder if the management ever consider their customers complaints or not. WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant to our friends, corporate colleagues, families, tourist and everyone else we know. ❌ No star is more...

This restaurant is right at the lobby area of Ano Hotel and decided to dine in after my third day stay in the same hotel. Ambience was okay since not many people eating here and I was literally the only customer hahaha...

Ordered fried kuey teow with seafood, tomyam soup, chicken satay and iced bandung. Overall tasted ok but the satay was horrible... seemingly tasteless meat but the peanut sauce was pretty standard.
