OLDTOWN White Coffee @ IOI City Mall — Restaurant in Sepang

The turnaround time of the food is incredibly long, and the order placed wasn't checked. I entered at 10am and placed my order of a Toast Set plus Mee Hoon Siam Bungkus that comes with a Soya Bean Milk in addition to a plate of Hainanese chicken rice.

After 5-10 minutes, the Toast and the Soya Bean Milk arrived.

However, for another 30 minutes or so, the Hainanese Chicken Rice has yet to arrive.

I checked with the staff on the status of the order, and the staff told me they'll check.

After another few minutes, I asked what's going on and whether the order has been prepared.

At 1042am, I was then informed by the staff that the Hainanese Chicken Rice wasn't available yet, and is currently out of stock or they haven't prepared to cook Hainanese Chicken Rice.

So I practically waited 40 minutes without the staff informing that they were not able to prepare the dish, and this I only informed that it isn't available when I checked.

In addition, the Mee Sian Hoon was extremely salty and we chose not to finish it.

The Toast and the Soya Bean milk was fine, and we finished it.

We paid only for the Toast, the Mee Hoon Siam Bungkus and the Soya Bean Milk and left.

Its been a while. Used to be a huge fan of their food but based on what we had this time, i dont think that i ever go back to this place ever.

The taste of the food were not there anymore but glad that the quality of their coffee is still maintained. All taste sweet - the foods were sweeter than the beverage itself.

No significant changes in price point, just taste awful. Less food variety. The quality of the food was low and our dining experience were awful since we were sitting near the dish washing area - it was crowded.

Customer services were totally acceptable. Payment options by cash and cashless. Near other great restaurants. Cleanliness needed to be improved.

Apparently by 9pm they started to wipe the floor and stopped taking...

I went there for my breakfast yesterday, unfortunately the manager said they couldn’t take any more order as they are lack of staff.. i was like what?? that’s fine, i went back dy. and then after a while i went there again, just to ensure they still can receive order or not, i was standing at the counter for too long, and one of the staff didn’t respond me at all.. okay then the manager came and i asked him again, even he x respond me anything.. really not professional at all.. this is the only outlet that gives me a very bad experience personally.. poor service👎🏼, poor management.. extremely disappointed with their attitude.. so irresponsible.. please do take any action, in order to avoid such bad services in the...
