I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The variety of meat selections is truly impressive! They offer a wide range of options, including seafood, chicken, and beef, ensuring that there’s something for everyone. For those looking for a more premium experience, I recommend opting for their superior tier. It provides access to a broader range of premium meats, which are definitely worth it.

The soup selection was also a highlight of the meal. While they offer several tasty options, I personally preferred the tom yum soup. It had the perfect balance of tangy, spicy, and savory flavors that elevated the overall dining experience.

Another standout aspect was the service. Despite the shop being packed, the staff worked tirelessly and handled everything with patience and professionalism. They made sure we were well taken care of, which added to the overall positive experience.

In summary, this was a great dining experience. With high quality food, a wide selection, and exceptional service, I can confidently say I’ll be returning....

It was my first time here, did not know how it works or how to order the menu, cuz everything is online now so not very friendly to tourist at all, like.... What're you gonna do with tourist customers that did not have internet or data overseas? You are not going to serve customers one on one? And how do you order tho? Seat first then wait for waiter? Or pick food first then bring to cashier? Or the menu from the cashier means that each adult is such and such price? My dad went to Seoul Garden in Singapore and he said it wasn't this unfriendly. And the ordering system is different. Man, I haven't visited Malaysia for 10 yrs and this is just wow, no words. Just..... 0/5 stars I asked one of the workers there how does the ordering works and she said and I quote, "Order macam Tu lah". That means "Order like that". One week later went to another hot pot restaurant (forgot the name) and I was seated first then waitress explained how the food will arrive. That 👏 is 👏...

Ate here tonight with my family; we took a number of plates (superior) and since that, the staffS Keep on coming to us and make it like we took too much and one of the staff even came to us and said we will have to pay if we didnt finished all of it (mind you we just sat down and ordered the meat! ). we finished all the food ordered at the end of our meal . The staff who came to us earlier apparently cleaned the table next to us, and RUDELY she kept on throwing and smashing the empty plates on the table loudly while do the cleaning. It feels uneasy to be at that place tbh and they make us feel VERY uncomfortable throughout the meal. feels like we were being shoosh away. The staff really need to work on their professionalism tbh. Even if youre tired from all the works i dont thinks its okay to throw such fuss to your customers. Im not satisfied with the customer service and i hope others wont face this rude staff...
