Noticed food at all nandos around malaysia has decreased its quality of food,maybe due to covid and prices increasing so i understand. Since Ive been eating at Nandos since i was just a kid, I noticed especially in sunway pyramid nandos,the mayo in the coleslaw is lacking. Quarter chicken is my favourite dish to get and corn on the cob is good too. The soup here is not as good as other places. Chicken chop has more meat than quarter chicken so i recommend. Burgers at Nandos are okay,a bit dry for me but it is my parents favourite.The burger at sunway pyramid nandos tho is not that good,much dryer than other places. They do sweet potato chips very yummy here, recommend alot 10/10. Kids meal cheezy pizza thing is not that good,3/10 Saucy bowl is good,but in sunway pyramid nandos they add too much tomato puree and idk how they make it so spicy 😭 Hot flavour at other places are less spicy.
Desserts here are good too. My favourite is the cheesecake. In my opinion Nandos does cheesecake best,with that really sweet caramel layer on top thats a bit crunchy. Cheesetart here is too expensive and not that good in comparison tho. Frozen Yogurt is good but too sweet

As you can see below I have attached the manager in blue with hijab and the staff attendant. Us We order 1/4 chicken with 2 sides and 1/4 with 1 sides as my husband is having his chicken we found out that the chicken is not cook throughly so we told the staff can you see the chicken not cooked than came the manager saying “sir you already eat your chicken” and my husband replied “I’m not calling you to refund my money and as you eat only can you see blood in the chicken also trying to let you know to be careful next time with other customer not for the money” I don’t know how the manager is even qualified as a manger she does not know how to handle the situation at all and half of the things coming out her mouth not clear god knows what is she saying. I hope the management see my comment and please let them have some training as well. Even my part of the chicken is still pink but the server responded “it is normal”. Peri-Peri Soup & Garlic Bread took 45 minutes to come and my main dish came before the appitizers but it felt like forever,waiting for a glass of ice water took 15 minutes.
Those Pita Bread w Chili Dip ( I forgot what it's called ) was really bland and the bread was tough. THE DIP WAS GREAT THO.
Service is just extremely dissapointing,staffs are not trained efficiently and I just felt an aura of everything being so disorganized and waiters looked like they were dead on the inside.I understand it's tough standing for hours,but a tiny smile isn't that hard. I was seated on the outer part of the restaurant w my friend and I could see other customers waiting for ages to be seated. LITERALLY NO STAFFS attending to them.
All I could think of while being seated in Nandos was Gordon Ramsay walking into this restaurant to film "Kitchen Nightmares" or something.Sigh.
