New Years Eve Service was a desaster! We checked already in the afternoon if we can change our reservation to a prior time but the guy at the desk said it's the best time. I also reserved inside "standard" but he said the seats will be in the patio but it will be warm there with heathers... We arrived at 10:15 and asked if there was already a table free... yes there was but the table wasn't even in the patio it was on the street and without heaters. First I had to ask if we can order several times. Then I asked if we can change in the patio because I felt cold, the girl at the desk said, the tables were for reserved booking, then I got mad...she said she would ask the manager but she never came back... there was a table free for 10 min right next to ours but with a heater and we didn't get that one... Then the food came, our meat wasnt medium like we ordered it, the pepsi had ice in it and we didn't have cutlery... we had to ask for cutlery and also wait for it again... The meat of the burger was unsalted on one side and oversalted on the other side - no offence for the cook, he was a poor guy yesterday... The music from the stage was so loud, you couldn't hear anything anymore, they turned it off after 10 min! The service was under everything and we didn't even get a refund or something free for getting treated like that, the whole 1h we were there... We, went back to Sliema to see the fireworks, I didn't want to sit in the cold for longer! Really bad expreience... Read moreToday I have ordered medium rare rib eye steek from hard rock caffe valletta through wolt.After some time a customer executive from wolt sent me a message stating that medium rare not being served from the restaurant,while typing the message I received a notification that the order processed and on the way to deliver,so the customer executive told me that they are sending medium to well cooked meat(with out knowing my preference),just try,If I did not like it just let him know.when I received the meat it was over cooked and very hard,immediately I sent a picture and message that I can not eat the food as it is not my choice.I have received a reply that the restaurant do not want give a refund because they have given well cooked meat to prevent food poison.what do you think guys,if the dont serve medium rare they should have inform me before processing my order and they should have remove the cooking choice (medium rare)from menu.I like to eat medium rare thats why I paid 25 euro,once it is not available they should not sent well cooked meat,that is not fair.They should have wait for my reply or they can make a local call to confirm.Very shame on you HARD ROCK CAFFE,never expect this kind of work from them.I could not enjoy my lunch and I had to throw the meat as they refused to take it back and simply I lost 25 euro,wolt refund 6 euro wolt credit but that is not worth it,So guys Be careful while ordering food through wolt and expecially restaurants like HARD rock caffe.Kindly go through screen shot and...
Read moreService very slow. Took over 10 minutes to get a drink, the place was not busy so no excuse. Will see how the food shapes up. Big burger ordered & the menu is NOT THE USUAL Hardrock one I have come to expect. I have been to a fair few in my 52 years so I am a little dissapointed. However,..... the place is very small inside with a nice ambience & also small outside seating area, it might be a nightmare to get service or a table in everyday busy times . The inside Aircon is welcome in the July heat. The burger arrived...looked nice but I ordered a medium but it came raw...sent it back... staff very polite but was told it was a medium. I eat medium burgers all the time but was very dissapointed as was made to look/feel bad as they were right and I was just another moaning customer. So I am now giving a 2 star rating instead of the 4 I originally was giving them.
Second one arrived & was less than perfect...but I was now happy not to risk food poisioing on my travels.
There is a small merch area as you walk in selling the usual...
I hope they put the original menu back...
