We were in Cabo for 3 days and encountered this restaurant via social media (Happy Cow and Instagram). We were staying at a hotel and were served mediocre and modified menu to make food vegan, like guacamole and roasted vegetables.
We were so happy to find Chef Mauricio’s crafted vegan dishes in a tiny, with good vibe, restaurant that we went twice in one day, brunch and dinner. The Chef is a converted 5-stars-hotels carnivore Chef to a vegan Chef because he was ill(from cancer in his 20s) and then recovered and converted to a vegan diet(during his chemo therapy periods). His creativity is to serve dishes at his restaurant so that non vegans will like them. That was proven here at The Best 100% Vegan Food in Cabo. Truly!

Our group had Complete Breakfast Bowl, Breakfast Burrito, Quesadilla XXL, Chimichanga, Quinoa Pancakes, and organic juices for brunch. Then we came back for dinner to have Tacos Al Pastor, Tacos Asada, Tacos Baja, The Nonbeef Burger, Green Smokey Pizza, Nonmeat Lovers Pizza, and Watermelon Sorbet.
The Chef made the ‘meat’ and the burger patty himself and not buying Beyond or Impossible. The buns and pizzas crust were house made too. That’s what a chef does!
The dessert was house made Watermelon Sorbet with tiny watermelon balls and candied watermelon rinds. It was delicious and refreshing!

Great vegan food. Loved the vibe. We took back home a desert pizza which was sooooo good!!!! We hope to go back during our stay in Cabo. ……So as an update we enjoyed “Epic” three times while in Cabo! In addition to the sweet pizzas, We had two different dinner pizzas, one a Mexican lovers and the other an Alfredo style. They were equally flavorful both there and later as a middle of the night snack. The burger was phenomenal and I didnt think it could be beat until…we had the mac and cheese! Oh my the creaminess and flavor was out of this world. Did i mention the tacos we had at our first visit??? Oh Lordy! That is what brought us back!
