Lapa Lapa — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

This place is a SCAM!!! Where do I begin. We waited an hour and a half for our food, just for it all to be WRONG. When we tried to send our food back to correct the order they charged us for both. Half of the food was raw, the other half wasn't what we had ordered. We ate almost nothing and asked for the bill where they charged us for every incorrect item they brought out, as well as the raw fish we received. After arguing we didn't want to pay for the "food", they yelled at us and threatened to call the police and called us Americans to try and intimidate us....

My wife and I decided to have dinner at Lapa Lapa restaurant while in Cabo and we are glad we did! As with all businesses here in Cabo being affected by Covid, this place is no exception, but manages to still provide quality service, great food, and awesome company...all at a reasonable price! From the hand-made Caesar salad to the wonderful camarrones & tuna dishes, to the petron & delightful music from the DJ, we left the place with full bellies and smiles on our faces! We would definitely eat there again when we get the chance! Mahalo to all the staff...

I will start by giving 10/10 for the service we got at this family operated spot, lady owner and her son's did everything possible to make our meal as pleasant and enjoyable as they possibly could including twisting few dishes per our request, mostly seafood Mexican with a fusion twist but she will probably make you whatever you ask for if she could when not too busy, served the check with wonderful passion fruit / tequila / tajin spiced shots on the house...
