Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Baja California

The service was not great they were nice but they didn't give us our order right even after we confirmed it twice with the order taker and twice with the cashier at the drive-up window. They had a problem charging our card for some reason seem to be under trained staff because when the supervisor did it it went right through in seconds just like it should but it took so long for them to take care of it that our food went cold. I know it was cold when we got it because we were in our car and we picked up burgers fries and sodas and onion rings so course we attempted to eat the fries and rings on the way home or at least attempted to. The onion rings were refrigerator cold and the fries were not completely cold they were at least room temperature but already getting hard and rubbery to chew.

Last time we were here they sold us Marvel Wonder Woman meals with special glasses for the soda with Wonder Woman on them at the drive-up for four hundred pesos extra cuz there's eight of us and then when we got to the window and they didn't have the cups. We almost never drink soda because of how bad it is for you and now we had eight giant sodas and no cups with Wonder Woman on them just the regular paper disposable cups.

It seems like every time we go to this location it's messed up I don't think we'll go...

07/07/18 I was very impressed with the way this restaurant looked and the way it was ran by the staff!

When you first walk in you notice immediately how the atmosphere and the decor. And when you reach the cashier they're very friendly with a smile. If you have any questions it seems like they always have an answer. That is something you don't see very often at most fast food restaurants. And for those of you who are wondering, yes they will accept American currency, but only bills about the coins. Just keep in mind that your change will be in Mexican currency.

When i went on Carl’s Junior, I expected the unexpected, the food, it was really good, the service was amazing and when I had a bite, it was crunchy, well cooked and amazingly flavorful, the restaurant is good, it's clean(especially the bathrooms) , the food is just TOO good there and it has all the things I want, and the hand kneaded chicken Tenders were amazing. The smell is amazing and I really love how it smells. The food there is one of my favorite things to eat, oh, and the unexpected things were, the hamburgers are not that good...
