Egg rolls were soft, rice was flavorless and mildly burnt, orange chicken was palatable but definitely not good, and I asked for change for my twenty for a tip and they never brought it back. The service and food are superb. I knew this Bistro was a class act from the time I called and since I don't speak Spanish fluently I was place on the line with Raphael who spoke perfect English and he even suggested the most effecient way to travel from my location. He was extremely polite, professional and helpful. The kind of individual everyone wants to do business with. So I arrive with my mother and when we see the place from the street we're even more impressed. We now feel underdressed because it's such a nice establishment. If you’re looking for a Chinese restaurant in Tijuana, you just found yourself the place to be. For a person who loves Chinese food I have to say this is the best Chinese food. I have over the border or local. You’ll be the judge.

No matter what you order from vegetarian meat dishes, you will not go wrong. Every single dish has flavoring. Everything is done fresh with their own ingredients.

I highly recommend the vegetable soup or the lettuce wrap for appetizers. The fried rice dishes are truly amazing. Also, I love the beef and chicken dishes.
