I recently dined at the FIRST Jamaican restaurant in Cabo, and it was amazing! I tried the jerk chicken, rice and peas, and oxtail, and every dish was bursting with flavor. The jerk chicken had the perfect balance of spice and smokiness, while the oxtail was incredibly tender and tasty. The rice and peas, a personal favorite of mine, were cooked to perfection! I was tired of eating Resort food, it's like all the meals at Resorts are one flavor (no flavor) fits all 😩. I came to Mexico for authentic great food.
