Naná Rooftop Bar — Restaurant in Quintana Roo

I am sorry that I had high hopes for Naná. At Naná we waited a hour for 4 drinks and the drinks came out at different times so when we received our last drink we needed a new one for the person who got the first drink. Because eee waited at the bar for so long, I watched the bartenders add water to every drink that was not full so that your “drink” could reach the rim. Additionally, I saw multiple people ordering less “complicated” drinks after my group, and because we ordered cocktails the bartenders kept putting off our order and they kept asking for reminders what our order was. Unfortunately I want you to have an amazing time in Tulum, so I cannot recommend Naná. You can go to other bars with great atmosphere and delicious drinks without wasting so much...

I never went there but I stayed in the hotel next door and couldn’t sleep till 3 in the morning because of the awful techno music they played so loud that I felt like I was in the middle of a techno festival. Zero respect to the neighbours, zero respect to any sort of curfew, especially that they do not have walls to limit the noise....

Cocktails prices are the standard (200 each), they were small but good!

We were literally the only ones on the 3 floors so the ambiance was so-so. The sunset view was great, but the 4th floor where you can have a drink and see it was closed.
