THE WORST PLACE IN MARRAKECH!!!! If youâre looking for a place to relax with good service, FORGET IT.
The space is small and tries to follow a hipster/aesthetic concept, but the execution is terrible. Improvised furniture, tables and chairs tucked under hidden staircases, and completely disorganized service. The staff is insufficient for the number of customers they accept, orders come out wrong, and to make matters worse, everything is self-service.
The most absurd part is that you have to pay for your order first and only then can you look for a tableâbut the staff assures you thereâs always space, even when there isnât. The result? Customers wandering around the cafĂ©, trying to balance trays with drinks, some of them tripping on the stairs and losing everything they had already paid for.
When they finally found us a spot, it was an improvised table under a staircase. To top it all off, it was leaking inside the café, the paint on the walls started running due to the humidity, and it ended up staining our bags and jackets.
In short: a horrible experience....
Read moreI discovered this café while strolling through the medina and went in with my friend to have a coffee and work a bit. We noticed that some people were working on their laptops.
To our surprise, the staff came over to tell us not to have any papers with us and not to read, claiming we had been there for 2 hours â even though we had only been there for one. Other customers with laptops were there before us, but they were not approached. It seems locals are treated differently than foreigners.
The staff were completely unprofessional and rude. They wanted us to leave the café while others who arrived before us were allowed to stay. We asked for a refund because we were not satisfied, but they refused.
I do not...
