I recently visited Graveaty Restaurant and Bar, a fine dining establishment in Jyatha,Thamel , and had an unforgettable experience. From beginning to end, the meal was expertly crafted, with every dish and drink surpassing my expectations.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was simply elegant, with tastefully understated decor and excellent lighting to create the perfect ambiance. The waitstaff were friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring impeccable service throughout the meal without being intrusive.

As for the food itself, each dish was exquisitely presented and even more delicious than it looked. The flavor combinations were unique and expertly balanced, leaving a lasting impression on my taste buds. Even the wine pairings were spot on, complementing the flavors of each course perfectly.

Of particular note was the Grilled Prawn, which was an absolute highlights of the meal and something I won't soon forget.

We had Buffalo Momo 4.5 stars Wild boar in wine sauce with pasta veggies and FF 4.5 stars Keema Noodles buffalo Nepalese style it 4.5 stars Chicken katsu. 4 stars. I would not have ordered this bc I’m here to eat Nepalese food but I travel with friends. The chicken delish perfectly breaded and crispy. The curry was not bad. A bit bland I gave it four because the chicken cutlet was good

We ate well for $2500 four people

Drinks were another 2500 Cosmo (best ever) Blue drink Pins a colada

All very well done. Better than many fancy bars in US

Corn satay. 5stars fresh corn grown locally sautéed delicious. A bit Different than corn sadehko

Wild boar chops with gravy 5 stars perfectly grilled and sauce and accompaniments yummy

Graveyard salad with grilled chicken and bacon 4.5 stars

They only had things: buffalo sadheko. 1star the vegetable ms went well with the meat but either the dressing or herb marinade NOT GOOD just don’t

I'm sorry to have to say this, but you urgently need to work on your service quality. We went to the restaurant because of the good reviews. When we entered the restaurant, we were not greeted by the service staff - we looked for a seat ourselves between the kitchen and the bar. The staff walked past us several times and we made eye contact, but even after 10 minutes we were not given a menu. Only after approaching a member of staff several times did we receive a menu at all. The same thing happened when we wanted to order.

After more than 40 minutes in the restaurant, we hadn't even received a single drink from our order. We therefore decided to leave the restaurant. We told the service staff, but they were not even interested in...
