The WORST customer service I've experienced in an eating place.

The service at this place has degraded to rock bottom.

When I visited with my friend, they prepared a sandwich for us. However, when the sandwich was ready, they placed it on the counter and didn't even bother to notify us. We knew it could take a while to prepare the sandwich, so my friend and I were chatting without constantly looking at the staff. To our surprise, when we thought it was taking too long, my friend noticed that they had already placed the sandwich on the counter WITHOUT letting us know it was ready, as if we weren't even there! I literally had to ask, "Is this ours?" and take it from the counter. They placed it there as if we weren't even there!

If my friend hadn't looked at the counter, we would have waited even longer. Additionally, the staff were too busy chatting with each other and didn't seem to care about the customer. At the very least, they should have had the decency to interact with us and let us know that our sandwich was ready.

Furthermore, the taste of the sandwich had significantly degraded.

I would strongly advise against visiting this place and would not recommend it to anyone. The service is poor, the staff is unresponsive and unhelpful, and the food quality has significantly degraded. In my opinion, there are far better places to dine...

First of all, this is the only place where they wash the salads and raw veggies with iodine water, so no stress in having raw veggies here, I have never been sick after eating here. All the ingredients are fresh and the sandwich is made right in front of you. The sandwich is very tasty and you have a wide variety of ingredients to choose. And also different sizes. The sandwich is given in a plastic so you don't litter while eating. Very kind staff. There is a bench where 6-8 ppl can fit but you need to leave after eating to leave space for others.
