A lovely set menu dinner with a cheerful Dutch drag performance. Gorgeous decor and effortlessly cool atmosphere. Everyone sang along to Dutch songs. The carrot cake is ridiculously delicious And then everyone got up and danced! Lots of fun. I think the waiters did overcharge us (2x no show fee when only one person didn’t come) which is the reason for the deduction. Prebooking is essential. EDIT: wow I am very impressed! Very entertaining experience! I loved the queens’ dresses and outfits, the song selection and how they performed. The food was pretty good, given that the food is not the main “attraction” there (although the desserts super sweet, and sugary, but I think that’s the Dutch thing). Also quantity of the food was great, so I find the price very reasonable. The place itself is very cosy, and located in the heart of Amsterdam. I LOVE 'T SLUISJE!!! Everything was PERFECT! One of the best nights I have ever had! The talent was wonderful, the service was wonderful, the food was delicious, the music was so good, the atmosphere was so warm, everyone ended up singing and dancing because it was just so much fun. I am already planning my next trip to Amsterdam just to visit this restaurant again. What a wonderful place. If you're thinking about going, you will be lucky to do so.
