This company is such a joke. I have complained at the Consumer Protection in Europe and will claim my money back through Paypal. DO NOT EVER ORDER ONLINE.
I did not receive 4 of the 6 items I ordered. When I received my order I sent an e-mail to customer service. Never replied. So I called, they were going to find out what happened. I called almost every day since then for two long weeks. They said they would escalate it to their manager, they would find out what happened and all sorts of blah. They always promised to send me an email or call back but never did. So after two weeks of calling and they having no clue about what happened I decided to cancel my order. The lady on the phone said she would do this and refund me for these items including shipping costs. I asked her to send me a confirmation. Never did. So I called again the next day. SUDDENLY AFTER TWO WEEKS, they said they concluded an 'investigation' and decided I received all my items and were not going to refund me or send me anything. From there I stopped being polite (after two weeks). They said they can't help me any further. They can;t provide any evidence of this investigation. So I'm gonna complain every single day and harass them until they refund me. NEVER ORDER HERE THEY SCREW UP...

During my visit, my son was openly accused of stealing by a staff member, despite my repeated request she did not disclose her title or name. This accusation was made publicly, causing me significant embarrassment. Despite presenting all receipts to prove the purchases, I received NO apology,The staff’s dismissive and hostile attitude only worsened the situation, making me feel disrespected and unwelcome.
Furthermore, it is unacceptable that this team allowed such incapable staff to handle customer interactions without proper training or oversight. This incident not only reflects poorly on your brand but also completely takes away the trust I had in Pull & Bear...

Since the store offers no seating anywhere for someone who is waiting, my wife took a seat on the SIDE of the stairs with my kids for a moment. She was approached by a young girl staff member who told her she can't sit there and can better "go to a cafe" in a condoscending tone. My family was simply waiting for me (I was shopping). The staff needs to be trained on the basics of speaking to customers in an appropriate way. The management can also have a more human based approach to it's customers instead of treating us like money bags who just need to get in and out as quickly as possible and spend. I am also a supervisor of a busy café in the heart of Amsterdam and despite the hectic environment we always take the time and care to meet the needs of our customers.
