Boba Bear at ENTX Hoyts City Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Christchurch

The owner was so nice! My classmates and I went and ordered boba, I only ordered a regular sized boba, but they gave me a large one (as you can see in the picture). When we all got our order, the owner came at us and told us that she appreciated our laughter and our youthfulness as students. Then she asks if we have time because she'll give us free chicken 🤯. And we said yes, (accept 'em blessings). I also told the staff at the counter that they got my order size wrong, and then the staff said it's okay 🤯.

Eventually, we got our chicken (we got 1 piece each, total:5), and the owner also gave each of us a free upsize card for the next time we order. We couldn't stop saying thank you until we leave. (Look at the picture as evidence)

MakanNia Bobabear is a fantastic spot for Asian food! The service here is incredibly quick, and the dishes are genuinely delicious. I was pleasantly surprised that the food itself actually beats the images on the menu and kiosk – a rare feat! My one suggestion, especially for those who appreciate authentic Asian spice, is that some dishes could use a bit more oil and a kick of spice. If you're from Asia, you might find yourself wishing for that extra warmth. On that note, I really think the menu and kiosk images need to be rephotographed. The current ones don't do justice to how good the food actually looks and tastes. Also, larger print or a bigger display would be a big help for ordering. My experience here was extremely positive, they greeted us with welcoming arms even showing us their favourite things on the menu then after we had ordered they gave us some free chicken which was like nothing I've ever tasted they frequently checked in with us on the food and how it was next the food the food was the best thing I have tasted in years eith the noodles boba and seaweed being excellent 10/10 the setting was excellent eith aesthetic plants placed around the restoration the service was also great with staff asking us how we were doing overall this restraint is a place of legends and I will be coming back frequently and I recommend others to...
