During my recent visit, I had the pleasure of being served by Eli, and I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism and attentiveness. From the moment I was seated, Eli made me feel welcome with a warm greeting and a genuine smile. He immediately offered water, walked me through the menu with clear knowledge of each dish, and made excellent recommendations based on my preferences.

What stood out most was Eli’s attentiveness without ever being intrusive. He checked in at just the right moments to ensure everything was perfect, topping up drinks promptly and noticing even the smallest details — such as replacing cutlery before I had to ask and anticipating when we might need extra condiments. His timing was impeccable, and it was clear he takes pride in creating a smooth, enjoyable dining experience.

Eli carried himself with a calm and professional demeanor throughout the service. His knowledge of the menu, wine pairings, and specials was impressive, and he answered every question with confidence. I never thought I’d be fat-shamed on my birthday, but that’s exactly how it felt. When we ordered our food, the waiter made a face and asked, “Is this just for the both of you?” Then, before leaving the table, he doubled down, saying, “That’s a lot,” in a judgy tone as if trying to play it off subtly. It was insulting and completely ruined the mood of the evening.

This was by far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Even with a special booking for my birthday, the service was terrible. The bartender/waiter kept approaching our table but would leave abruptly before we could add anything to our orders, making us feel rushed and unwelcome. When my partner went to the counter to place an additional order, the staff member made it seem like a hassle, telling us the kitchen was closing soon. It felt like we were being treated as an inconvenience rather than paying customers.

To make things worse, the food was awful. We ordered burgers that cost nearly $30 each, and they were so dry and flavorless that we honestly would’ve been better off going to BurgerFuel for cheaper and far more flavorful meals. For what we paid—nearly $200—it was completely unacceptable.
