If I could give negative stars, I honestly would. I wasnāt planning on writing a review because I donāt usually take the time to do this, but after my recent experience, I felt like I had to say something. About two weeks ago, I walked into the store with my husband and was really taken aback by the behaviour of the staff. We werenāt greeted or even acknowledged when we entered, which I could have overlooked, but things just kept getting worse from there. There was a blonde female staff member (I didnāt catch her full name, but I think her name tag started with a B) who genuinely made me feel unwelcome. She seemed completely disinterested in being there, and to be honest, looked annoyed that we had walked in at all. Her attitude was rude and standoffish, and it was clear she didnāt want to help anyone. As someone who shops at Nike often but lives in a rural area, I donāt get to visit the store much. I was excited to buy a new pair of sneakers for my son, but after that experience, I walked out without making a purchase. I just didnāt feel comfortable giving my business to a place where customers arenāt valued. Itās really disappointing to be treated that way, especially by a brand Iāve supported for so long. I hope management takes this seriously and does a better job training their staff. It honestly makes me question what is being allowed...

I recently visited the Nike store in Christchurch city centre to take back a pair of shoes that unfortunately didn't fit right despite my best efforts to make them work. I was fortunate to be assisted by the amazing manager, Rosie. Who seamlessly managed an exchange of shoes for me, with such understanding and helpfulness that it turned this disheartening experience of buying the wrong shoe, into a very pleasant one in the end.
Rosie went above and beyond by helping me try on just about every running shoe in the shop, ensuring I found the perfect fit. Her patience and dedication were truly commendable. She also did this while helping other customers as the store was very busy, yet still making me feel that I had all her attention, the mark of a true pro at work! Thanks to Rosie, I now have a pair of Nike trail shoes that are perfect for my new running addiction. Haha! Nike definitely has a forever customer in me now.

When he approached with no smile and the barest of greetings. I gave him the jackets not need, we had found the correct size and had already decided we would like to buy it. Jaydens reaction was pause as if to say canāt you put them back yourself, he finally took them from me. It was really unprofessional, when I gave him the jacket saying I would like to please purchase. He didnāt want me to hand it to him (gee I thought he was supposed to sell clothes) and as he walked away to put something back he grumbled about putting it on the counter. When I paid Jayden didnāt even say thanks and have a great day. 101 customer service fail!!! I will never shop in the Riccarton store again!
