*WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER *

“Would have given negative stars if it was possible”

I usually don’t leave reviews but this is the must. We were in Queenstown for our annual girls trip and decided to have Thai cuisine. Found this place with good reviews so decided to make a booking before hand to avoid any disappointment. When we got there, they couldn’t find our booking. After looking into their booking log several times, they got us seated. We waited 30mins, just to order food whereas we noticed people after us were served prior to us. Food was okay but waitress was rude and abrupt. When we politely ask reason behind delayed service, waitress completely ignored us and left. When we looked around, we noticed we were the only Asian in the restaurant. The poor service continued, when we ask for any condiments or water, waitress was giving us strange look and didn’t serve us until we repeated ourselves several times. Some customers service training for the waitress would do good.

A very bad dining experience, I must express my dissatisfaction with it. Despite waiting patiently for 45 minutes, my main course never arrived. The waiter claimed he didn't place the order, even though it was part of a package. I had the drink and entree, but the oversight with the main course was frustrating. Timely service is crucial for an enjoyable dining experience, and this instance fell significantly short of expectations. Adding to the frustration, a 17% surcharge on a public holiday was applied. We have had outstanding take away dinners from here twice. The red and green curries were particularly tasty both times but we also enjoyed the panang curry. The money purse and chicken curry puff appetisers were also pretty good. The volcano chicken was OK but the Pad Thai was fairly bland relative to the other tasty dishes. All the mains were ordered with tofu. We look forward to ordering food here regularly. It is our favourite Thai food...
