Just​ honestly horrible service. Not only they got our tables mixed up with another and when our friend pointed out that we were table 17 the server rudely yelled at her that we were table 16 over and over without even using her eyes to check the number on our table.

We were charged mutiple items that we did not order on our tab all because they could not differentiate between something as simple as two separate tables - 16 & 17.

When I went up to organise this I clearly stated the items we had paid a portion of already and what was still on our own tab. The server was unprofessional and quickly argued why I was yelling at them - obviously when music is blaring as loudly as it was I need to make sure the server can hear my concerns that we are being charged for items we did not order. We only had 2 shishas and a couple of drinks which we already paid for and had an additional 3 beers on a tab but the server kept trying to add that we had food ordered on our table. If she were to just look at the table it's quite clear there is no food at all on it. Also they continued to keep putting more beers on our table which we did not order - even though we were told there would be table service - no one had ordered this with any of the staff.

I had to leave early because I needed to get home, however a friend had told me that the manager approached my group demanding to know who it was yelling at their server as they do not tolerate that - which is understandable but only if the setting didn't call for it and if they did not make such a mess of the night as they had, an apology for their poor service at the least would have been much more appreciated.

If you want to have good shisha but be treated very poorly then I recommend this place 100% - will not...

We are regular customers and we come here almost every single weekend. This place is really busy compare to others in chancery. So we sometimes need to wait for a table. And we were always happy to wait. However, this weekend when we visit as usual. This place is really packed and the waiters were really stressful. We wanted to wait and order food and drinks after we sit down. But the waiters told us that we have to order drinks before we can get a table otherwise we will just need to wait for an hour or so on. We said: excuse us? Why do we have to order right now and hold our drinks standing in the crowd instead of sitting down and order later. And your attitude is real bad. The waiter said: you guys can leave. And he left us standing there in shock. We do understand that waiters get stressful when it's busy and packed. We are totally happy to wait but we do not accept that restaurant telling customers to leave. That's extremely rude and as regular customers , we felt insulted and offended. The waiter came to us later on with a big smile face that totally different from before and offered us a seat said that he doesn't want trouble and just want make friends . I've been to this place many times before on a busy night and it's usually fine but we recently went on a Sunday night and the service of the staff was very poor. I would have rated this 2 stars but the extra star is honestly for the owner of the place who is very hospitable and approachable. We ordered 2 pizzas, few drinks and 1 shisha. Their magherita pizza was only tomato and cheese and my friend did not want to complain due to the lovely service from the owner. Our drinks were all honestly watered down so much that we could only taste the soda and pineapple juice, it was so disappointing and they are very overpriced, I do not recommene unless you have pre-drank at home. The shisha we initially received was burnt and tasted horrible, the owner was kind enough to give us a new one on the house which was very nice of him. Although, I do think the staff that was on was giving us quite cold vibes, despite there being very minimal customers, they were slow and not at all accommodating to our needs. One particular staff member spoke minimal English and did not know about the menu and the manager on duty did not seem approachable at all.
