Chef Wang Xian Food — Restaurant in Waitematā

We had recently come back from a trip to China, including Xian so imagine our surprise when we found a restaurant in Auckland specialising in Xian cuisine. Chef Wang and his wife were very welcoming and friendly and recommended the special biang biang noodles with the lot. It was honestly better than all of the biang biang I tried in China, and I tried a lot, and clearly made with love and expertise. I used to come to Queens Court for lunch at least once a week when I was working in the CBD. Now I rarely get to eat here but this is hands down one of the best hand pulled noodle restaurants in Auckland. Every noodle is pulled to a perfect consistency and cooked with just the right texture. An absolute must try! Out of all the selections at the food court these two are absolute masters of their field. With a lot of charisma and passion for what they do, Xian food is one of the best foods I have eaten. Master Chef Wang is truly the best at what he does.
