I’ve been a Domino’s customer for years, but my recent experience at this particular outlet was hands down the worst I’ve ever had.. not just with Domino’s, but with any food service brand. What unfolded was a complete failure in customer service, basic hygiene accountability, and respect for customer concerns. Let me get into the details. I placed an order for two Value Range pizzas for pickup.. one Pepperoni and one Bacon & Aioli. Upon returning home and giving the pizzas a light microwave reheat (barely 10 seconds), I was hit with a foul smell coming from the Pepperoni pizza. Concerned, I asked a few friends to check as well, just to be sure it wasn’t a personal perception.. and unanimously, the pizza was off. The smell was unmistakably bad. I immediately called the outlet and was asked to bring the pizza back in for assessment.. which I did, expecting a basic level of understanding and professionalism. Unfortunately, I was met by the staff member named Vicky, whose behavior was beyond disappointing. Despite the strong odor and the clear feedback from me, Vicky outright dismissed my concern, claiming the pizza was “fine.” What was even more baffling was his refusal to taste the pizza himself (stating he doesn’t eat pepperoni), instead calling a kitchen staff member to assess it. That person visibly reacted to the smell and initially suggested issuing a replacement. But then.. after Vicky returned from the kitchen.. the story changed. Suddenly, both staff members claimed the pizza was fine, saying they had “tasted it” inside. Strangely, when I asked them to taste it in front of me, the colleague barely took a pinch (not even a bite), and Vicky declared the issue closed. At that point, it was clear there was no intention to listen or help. It wasn’t even about the pizza anymore. I wasn’t chasing a free meal. I came back to report a possible issue with a product that could have affected someone’s health. The least I expected was to be taken seriously. Instead, I left both pizzas at the counter and walked out, deeply disappointed and frustrated.. not because of the food, but because of how I was treated. To Domino’s Management: This is not how customers should be treated. I genuinely hope you take a long, hard look at how some of your frontline staff interact with people.. especially when there’s a legitimate concern at hand. If someone like Vicky represents your brand, then sadly, you’ve lost more than just a customer today....

Unfortunately the machine didn't gave me my change 14$ and the guy was somehow starter and he had a hardtime understanding English. Then there was some technical issue in the cash machine and it won't give me my change back. Then the new guy who took my order goes back in the kitchen and calls someone senior and they were talking in Punjabi language with each other telling that did you see him put 20$ in the machine. But the new guy was like maybe ...Look how low behavior the Punjabi guy was . And then he came with the rude behavior and told me you didn't put the money . Straight eye balling me . Everyone was looking at me and I felt really embarrassed and after few minutes he calls his boss or supervisor and they were talking Punjabi. After few minutes he goes and check the cash machine and find out there was a coin shortage that's the reason the machine didn't gave me the change . Well he confronts me saying he is really sorry and i'm sure he is punjabi but how can he be a senior or supervisor who has so unprofessional way of handling the suitation. Without checking the machine and confirmation he direcrly says you haven't put the money in the machine . What he was thinking and how this behavior is acceptable. Read moreHi there Last night 20/07/2023 We had placed a phone order (with a female) to pick up a mini meat lovers for our daughter before watching the fifa World Cup.
On arrival and after a 20 minute wait (which we didn't mind) we were presented with a large meatlovers costing us over $17, with the additional surcharge.
I informed the duty manager this was not the order we placed, he insisted to argue with and correct me that's what I ordered, even though our order was not placed through him.
My wife was not Intrested to pay $17+ for a pizza we didn't need or order.
I asked him politely could he please remake our original order of a mini meatlovers for our hungry child, he obliged but said we will be charged for both pizza's???? 🤔,Which he then added would be upto another 20 minutes wait 😓.
So already being behind on time and having our young hungry child, we purchased the $17+ large meatlovers pizza, only to open up the box to what was certainly not "meatlovers" at all, there was as little meat on this pizza as humanly possible, I've seen more meat on a value pizza, we could not belive our eyes! And over the top smothered with waaaay to much bbq sauce.... My wife insisted I return to the store to formally complain, but at this point I was pretty cheesed off and knew I'd have lost my temper had I returned.
Therefore im sending this feedback.
We do enjoy domino's yes, but last night took the piss and we're left extremely disatisfied and taken advantage of with our experience...
