Concept great, execution is far far far below standard! -Please sterilize the dog bowls after ever use, Parvo Kills!
It felt like you'd attempted too many ideas at once!- My advice, stick to what you know and only do that!
The food was warm at best and there wasn't much of it for its price, we ordered the Dahi puri, Chicken wings and Shish kebab- the shish Kebab was dry and the ingredients were not fresh.
The service: Heres a small positive: Although you could tell they were completely understaffed for a busy valentines day, they never dropped their smile. But unfortunately, because they were understaffed, service was VERY slow- it took almost 2 hours for the shish Kebab..which was 3x 15cm long minced meat on a skewer, a blob of hummus, a pita cut in half and salad we wouldn't touch, it was dry and rotting.
They had a promotion, if you followed and posted on socials they'd give free chips, we thought surely that's easy....nope...we had to ask x3 and then as we were about to leave because 2.5 hours waiting for food was not ok...I reminded them and they quickly made some for us to take away- if they hadn't of reposted my story, then I wouldn't of insisted, but you want followers, then do your part- we unfortunately unfollowed, it wasn't worth it for half a paper bag full of shoe string fries.
Here's some tips and tricks: If you're understaffed, have someone at the front saying you are at capacity. This will reduce the kitchen staffs stress and make for a better dining experience.
Cut any products that don't look fresh, the salad was a no go, I saw people removing it from their plates and out of their burgers.
Hygiene wise- sterilize the dog bowls after each use!- Parvo is a serious disease impacting vulnerable dogs. And to see tue wait staff only wash one bowl in the hand basin in the bathroom and the others he just restacked on the table...not ok!. Thankfully we always bring our own food and bowls for our girl, so she won't be exposed to sub-par hygiene practice.
The Shisha bar is a gimmic: if you can't have someone there to ensure the experience is fulfilled, then cut the bar or only open it when you are staffed to and place a sign at the front explaining this.
Decor: is confusing and dangerous: pretty flower wall with a massive TV in front and wire hanging down (Not ok), Table that is the same height as the chairs, not even kids would sit there and green turf that smelt like urine at the door front- this is a health inspector nightmare.
To be Dog friendly: Outdoor seating: Provide ample outdoor seating where dogs can accompany their owners. Water bowls: Have designated sterilised water bowls available for dogs to stay hydrated. Dog-friendly menu: Consider offering a special menu or treats specifically for dogs. Cleanliness: Ensure outdoor areas are kept clean to accommodate both dogs and their owners. Leash policy: Establish clear guidelines regarding leash requirements for dogs in the outdoor dining area. Staff training: Train staff to be friendly and accommodating to both dogs and their owners. Waste disposal: Provide designated areas for waste disposal, such as dog waste bags and trash bins. Safety: Ensure the outdoor area is safe for dogs, with no hazards like sharp objects or toxic plants. Respectful atmosphere: Encourage patrons to be mindful of others and their pets to create a harmonious environment.
Lastly: we have not posted our actual image as again, it ain't worth it!
Overall: I would not class this as dog-friendly bar and more Dogs are...

We arranged a reunion as a private function with ex work colleagues which there were approximately 70 guests throughout the night. We had been planning this with the owners for the past 3 months which we trusted that they would provide an enjoyable experience with the service and food.
Although the location is good, the venue has potential to host great functions - the food and service was the worst we have EVER experienced.
Prior we had agreed on platters and a set menu - however they did not comply to this arrangement.
Platters - there may have been 2 that were served and a few bowls of French fries
Set menu - chicken schnitzel which clearly was 2 x blobs of FRIED chicken and a mountain of French fries
Vegetarian dish - falafels (over fried ) with a garnish of lettuce, pita bread and bit of hummus.
Beef kebabs which were 2 small skewers and a garnish of lettuce.
We paid $50 each for this meal (which for majority of us it was over 2 hours before food was served). This also was supposed to include dessert which for most of us never arrived and due to such a long wait for ‘dinner’ we were over it.
2 hours into the night they advised they could not accept cash. When we suggested alternatives on how they can accommodate many of our group who wanted to pay cash they were not willing to assist which is obviously their loss of business. To make matters worse, the drink prices changed every time you went to the bar (although ordering the same drink) which unfortunately happened to many of us.
If they could not cope with the event, we would have appreciated their transparency and we would have found another option.
It appeared they only had 1 x chef, 2 x waiters and 2 x bartenders which the owner was ‘helping’ but did not seem to care at all with the amount of our groups service and food complaints. The owner avoided the situation and left his bartenders to deal with it.
Although our group enjoyed reuniting with each other, everyone was very disappointed about the food, service and there is only 1 x uni-sex toilet at this venue.

Read moreService - the waiter didn’t take into consideration our parties dietary needs and so some people had to go and find food elsewhere. They were unwilling to check with the chef or other staff even though they clearly didn’t know what gluten was. They also never refilled any of our waters, provide extra cups for the other guests, or provided us with napkins so the whole table had to share one.
Food - the food took over an hour to come out and some people were served 20+ minutes after others. Their fry servings were measly and we had to ask for sauce refills multiple times as they only gave us about a spoonful at a time. We also had to send food back as some things were raw.
Dog options - the “chicken patty” is just boiled chicken shredded up with a piece of lettuce in a tiny bowl. Our puppy ate it in 5 seconds and it was $10. Not worth it, we had hoped there would be a bit more effort put in since that’s the whole selling point of the bar. Dog beer was basically chicken stock. The dog didn’t finish it.
Drinks - luckily the drinks were fabulous but that’s the only thing I would recommend getting.
Atmosphere - cute place but with the average food that took forever to come out and the lack of awareness around dietary restrictions I wouldn’t go...
