Nice coffee place with lots of choice. Service was very good. But they recently increased their prices. A Chai tea costs 80 nok with Coconut milk instead fo 60 or 64 a couple of months back. That's is a 35% increase. On top of that, the "medium" size is actually a shot which is a "small size". So not only the price increased but the quantity is small for the price. A better price quality ratio would be Starbucks or others at the same location. When I noticed the super small size for a tea (coffee can be taken as a shot) I requested a change of size, service was good but on top of that they charged more with the change than if I ordered it initially because the employee could not find the right amount (recruitment of personel doesn't focus on qualified personal...
Read moreThe person I placed the order with was by far the rudest person I met in Oslo. Horrible experience. I had to ask to order because she kept avoiding eye contact with anyone waiting and there was a line. Then while I was ordering she was super slow, and had this super annoyed look on her face and kept sighing. Definitely wouldn't order again if I saw her and generally made me wish I went to a different place all together. The rest of the staff was great 👍 Edit: oh forgot to add that they don't keep track who's drink they are making nor take down your name so me and another customer ordered a latte and we had to figure out together which one is which. I also didn't order a double but ended up...
Read moreThe music they're playing is loud but atrocious so there's no peace to get, it's like an airport where they want you to be moving and not stay and actually rest a bit (like, with a cup of coffee). I almost think it's on purpose, yes. The whole noise pollution thing is well past some political debate -- do we have to purchase noise canceling headphones and sit with them in these places so that we can get some peace? On the national holiday (the day of this review) they didn't have cups to serve tea in other than paper -- I like how you guys celebrate our national holiday with us, by not keeping actual cups -- effectivisation in...
