This is a bit of a strange fruit in the landscape of Oslo pubs. It is very often filled to capacity, yet it has no regular patrons. This is due to its close proximity to the buss station, the railway station and Oslo's premier concert venue Oslo Spektrum. Fiasco knows where their bread is buttered, so often you'll be in for a healthy chunk of the discography of whoever is playing the Spektrum that night, and concert goers lift the spirit of the place right next to that lonesome fella reading Mccartney while waiting for the next bus to Sandefjord. They have a very extensive beer list however what makes the place better than an average bar is hands down their BURGERS. My personal favourites are Kick out the Jams (very juicy and the bacon jam is just impeccable) and Hot Green Monster (great pick for people who are looking for some spicy kick with their burger). Plenty of burgers to choose from (all have the same price and they look very attractive - never tried).... It's a lively bar, with a mix of locals and tourists. Probably the best music playlist in town - ranging from disco/soul/blues to heavy metal/rock/alternative and all in between.
