I have used this place for a couple of years just after covid and service was always quite good until the last few months where it has deteriorated badly. There is a new blonde girl who works weekends who tried to cheat me out of my change thinking as I was a foreigner I wouldnt know any better but she was caught out. The same blonde girl on my next visit decided to make my baguette without asking me what I wanted or did not want on it meaning She had no butter on it when I always have butter, she put lettuce on it when I never take lettuce and she wrapped it up to take away when I always sit in. To her I say if the salary is so bad that you try to steal from customers or give terrible service then I suggest finding a better paying job or maybe you are too stupid to find a better paying a job As the old saying goes if you pay peanuts you...

This place has deteriorated badly. Had a sandwich and it was so dull and tasteless. Felt something bulky inside and it was the stale end of an iceberg lettuce which proves this place doesn’t care about its food or customers. Almost 180kr for a sandwich and coffee is also a disgrace. A sullen server barely give me eye contact and just left my sandwich on the counter without a word or gesture. Any wonder Bake Me Up started further up. I went there for gluten free sandwiches. They do provide gluten free options. You have to pay an extra 10 NOK for it. But the bread and filling is half the size of a regular sandwich. This is really expensive.
