What a great find. Traditional Peruvian ingredients with innovative combinations of flavors and tastes. It was an absolutely delightful experience. Our server Gozguan was warm, friendly and charming. His knowledge of the menu and the ingredients in the dishes was impressive. Jeremy, our host, was exceptional as well.
The garden ceviche was delicious as was the black hummus toast. Both were filled with tasty well blended flavors. The succulent chicken was fantastic. Succulent was an understatement. We have never had chicken so juicy and tender. The flavors and sauce were so delicate and complimentary with each other. Superb. The pork milanesa was fantastic as well. Same story.
Finishing off with the heritage dessert and their own limoncello sealed the experience as one of the absolute beat meals we have had in Peru.
Well done...
Read moreOne of the best restaurants in Cuzco! Starting with the food which all tasted delicious, they have a original Menu with the chefs own creations. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting, including relaxing music in the background. Now the service is what really makes this place shine. It started with the barman coming to our table to explain his entire cocktail menu.
Then, I really have to give a shout-out to Jeremy, he was such an attentive waiter! For example, when we wanted to order 2 glasses of wine he recommended us to buy an entire bottle because it is relatively cheaper, something that isn’t the case in our home country, so a very helpful tip! Next to that we couldn’t decide on our dessert as we were stuck between two, so he gave us one for free. Absolutely impeccable service. What a night...

The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was made with the freshest ingredients and you could truly taste the quality and care that went into the preparation. From start to finish, the flavors were balanced, authentic, and beautifully presented.
The service was equally impressive—friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being intrusive. The staff made us feel right at home and added so much to the overall experience.
