Starbucks SM City Clark — Restaurant in Angeles

I was excited to see a new Starbucks location opened near my home. Went by there and purchased my favorite chocolate dipped donuts. I am an avid road biker and on Feb 18th, I was very disappointed that the Security Guards would not allow me to go to Starbucks because I was riding my road bike. I wanted to stop by and grab some donuts ro take home and security guards REFUSED to allow me to go in to center because I had my bike. Someone needs to address this issue with security and property...

I ordered 2 Iced carmel macchiato and 1 HOt WC. Waiting was so long that it took almost an hour. 1 ICM and HWC were sitting in the counter for almost an hour and I've been following up with the server. I ordered at 3:05pm and and got my order almost 4pm. I understand the business of the shop but it's just really weird that I ordered same item and just 1 was made and the other one is on que for almost an hour. Just sharing my experience so the shop can improve.
