We are currently here in the branch, branch served the food cold. I went to the counter and asked if they do have a microwave, the short female smirked and said NO WE DONT HAVE, the funny thing here is that she’s in-front of her manager and don’t really care and didn’t even take the food that is the reason of my complaint. I just place the food on the counter and YOU KNOW WHAT THEY DID? THEY REPLACED IT WITH REHEATED RICE AND REHEATED PANCIT AND THE COLD CHIKEN IS STILL COLD. I asked again while holding myself due to 100% disappointment that the food was replaced with a full disgrace taste. They didn’t respond. MANAGER WAS RUDE as well as the staff. LASTLY, what happened is that the food that I wanted to eat and craved was fall into big disappointment. Sadly to inform you, you need to train your staff again or much better replace the manager so they will have a good leader. 🙌

I would say that this branch needs more attention, care, and more clean as i could see flys all over even at night time.

**Food quality, taste and size of the food portion:- It was not really as hot as it should be when received, which mean that the food has been cooked from so long.

Taste of food is ok, not bad ,however, its an oily but thats ok i guess, because this is how almost all the food here in philippines.

They serve small portion in some orders and others withen an acceptable range

Staff need to be oriented more of their Menu as well as how to deal with customers in a more proper Understanding way...

**Operation hrs and location:- Opening hours is actually convenient as it's open most of the week days 24hrs, as well.

the location is not bad at all, as its located withen a walking Distence from most of the business and Commercial buildings...

Hopefully i was able to give a good clear quick fast review for you to have an idea what you may expect when you gave this branch a visit.
