Chowking (V.A. Rufino-Dela Rosa) — Restaurant in Makati

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent take-out order from Chowking Rufino Dela Rosa.

On August 26, 2025, around 7:00 PM, I placed an order for 1pc Fried Chicken and Chaofan Meal with Coke Zero and Additional Pork Siomai.

Upon receiving my order at the counter, I noticed that the Coke Zero was missing. I immediately informed the manager on duty, who promptly corrected the mistake and provided the missing drink.

However, when I arrived at my office and checked my order, I realized that the additional Pork Siomai was missing. I returned to Chowking Rufino Dela Rosa, which took me approximately 5–10 minutes. I explained the situation again and requested that my order be checked, as it was incomplete despite the order slip indicating all items were included.

After some discussion, the missing Pork Siomai was finally provided. During this process, the staff included an additional Chaofan rice, which I did not take. While I appreciate the gesture, my main concern is receiving my complete order accurately the first time. Extra items do not compensate for the inconvenience I experienced.

I would also like to note that I had no plans to dine in, as I was joining my colleagues for dinner at the office. The repeated trips to the store disrupted my schedule and caused unnecessary frustration during my break.

I hope that Chowking can review this incident and take appropriate steps to ensure that future orders are accurately fulfilled, and that staff provide consistent and efficient...

I love to eat in this fast food till today!! I never had such experience like it today!!! Normally order my favorite noodles and after order my dessert Halo Halo supreme..But when i ordered my favorite pancit canton, it was served microwaved and cold!! Who'd eat a cold pancit canton?? I askesd once..can you warm it up? And it was "warmer" but it was served again cold and soft..soo far from the just made one.. Very disappointed with the kitchen service of this famous and beloved fast food brand. Somepeople don't just really care,but mostly of the customers coming here does really know how it tastes exactly!!

While the food is consistent with other CK branches I’ve visited, the service at this location was disappointing. One of the staff members came across as condescending, despite the mistake in our order. When we raised the issue, the response was dismissive: ‘Eh di dapat sinabi ninyo sa manager, Ma’am, marami kasi akong inaasikasong order.’ Additionally, the drinks served were incorrect.
