Starbucks Plaza 100 — Restaurant in Makati

We don't normally post incidents of our lives online but this one is worth sharing... after our busy work, we decided to take a coffee break before heading home at starbucks, rufino corner dela rosa. My friend, renzo fauni, ordered our coffee before i arrived. When i reached the cafe, i asked renzo to have another couch to sit comfortably...unfortunately, he left his laptop on the table he first got for us. Luckily, the crew named Michael, Heather, domingo JV, attentively saw the laptop and brought it inside the shop for inspection and verify who owns the lost bag. Renzo and I were having our conversation so passionately that we did not notice that we forgot a laptop on the other table. Then, the guard approached us asked if we own another bag....

That was the only time, Renzo realized that he lost his laptop..."OMG" was I said...

Thank you to these good guys, coz they took extramile to look for the laptop's owner. Fortunately, this world is surrounded with good-hearted people who we can trust and with sincere intentions to do good at all times..

Kudos to the crew and staff of Starbucks!!!

I arrived at nearly 5pm today to buy a macha latte plus a chicken bbq. The drink was quite plain, the food was okay. The waiter was pretty nice at that time. Then about 5:44pm a staff approached me, the attitude was not so at ease, she was kinda intense, she said :" I have to remind you, you can only sit here for 1 hour" then she walked straight to the CR. Then she went out, i asked what time the store will close (i might consider to buy another drink), but then she misheard me and pointed out times after times that the CR is for staff only. My gosh, she actually thought that i needed that CR. Oh please!! I felt this service is bad, and i left right away. I will never walk in this Starbucks again, makes my day bad. No thank you, not...

We used to conduct business meetings here before and witnessed how crowded and noisy the store at night.

So today, I decided to have my breakfast here before my training in Guthrie Jensen started.

I ordered Teavana Chamomile Tea and my favorite bread here - French Toast. I love my Tea as it gave me comfort and a little kick to start my day.

The ambience of the place was so relaxing this morning but the service took so long. The customer who ordered after me got his coffee first and I was still waiting for them to hand over my tea which was done already minutes ago before the staff asked what was missing...
