Upon entering Mad Mark's Glorietta, nestled in Glorietta Malls, Makati, the ambiance exuded a casual and inviting charm, making it the perfect place for a heartwarming dining experience with friends. The glow of the well-lit space further amplified the warm and cheerful atmosphere, creating the ideal setting for delightful conversations. The staff at Mad Mark's Glorietta greeted me with genuine warmth, evoking a feeling of being among old friends. Their polite and friendly service made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Their thoughtful recommendations not only satisfied my curiosity but also heightened my anticipation for the culinary delights to come. Now, let's delve into the heart of the matter - the food! The dishes at Mad Mark's treated my taste buds to a regal feast. The Country Style Ribs tenderly delighted with their smoky goodness, and the 3 Slab Greek Kebab carried me away on a Mediterranean journey with each succulent bite. The Ice Tea Pitcher offered a refreshing oasis, calming my senses amid the Makati heat. And then, the ice creams! A symphony of flavors to savor! The Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream harmonized tanginess and creaminess, creating a delightfully balanced indulgence. The Madagascar Vanilla Bean Ice Cream enchanted me with the essence of pure vanilla, invoking memories of sweet simplicity. The Single Origin Espresso Ice Cream awakened my senses with its rich coffee infusion, a moment of tranquil delight. Lastly, the Caramel Praline Ice Cream was a delectable caramel dream come true, evoking nostalgia for cozy indulgences. Mad Mark's Glorietta is truly a hidden gem, waiting to be cherished by those seeking a heartwarming experience. It's not a battlefield, but its unassuming demeanor hides delightful surprises. The luscious ice creams alone are worth a visit, leaving me yearning to savor their flavors once again. It's an ideal spot for indulging oneself or sharing delightful food with friends in a relaxed and comforting setting. Whether for casual gatherings or small celebrations, Mad Mark's earns my heartfelt recommendation. So, gather your fellowship of foodies and embark on this soul-nourishing escapade!

If you want to know how good a restaurant is, try their other dishes, not the best selling ones. Our first Mad Mark's experience was at the Central Square, Bonifacio High Street, where we have tried their best sellers, Signature Steak, Creole Grilled Chicken, oBEARloaded Frites and their homemade ice cream and we gave them a good feedback on that. But last night, we decided to try other dishes in their Glorietta branch. My partner had Classic Fried Chicken and I had Mad Mark's Signature Steak Burger. For beverages, we had Lemonade and their homemade Iced Tea. The Classic Fried Chicken is not the usual "crispy and juicy" fried chicken we were expecting. It was like a honey glazed chicken wings! This should be specified on the menu. The chicken was dry and the taste was not so good. Better try other restaurants specializing in Wings than having this Classic Fried Chicken from them. Also, the Mad Mark's Signature Steak Burger tasted really bad and the meat was not of high quality. It's a big No for us. Iced Tea remains good while the lemonade was almost tasteless. The staff were busy chatting at the counter, which gave us difficulty calling their attention to order. Overall, it was a good try.

Craved for steak and decided to try out Mad Mark's since I've read great reviews and since it’s relatively affordable than other steak restaurants. Food is okay, nothing really special. We ordered their BBQ Ribs and signature steak with a side of garlic rice and smashed (that's what it says on the menu) potatoes respectively. What we liked most among the things we ordered was the ice cream, we tried caramel praline and the single origin espresso flavors - very creamy, rich and just the right amount of sweetness. Definitely a must-try!

We ordered Signature Steak comes with two sidings, Johnnie Double Black Ribs, Churrasco, Buffalo Roost Salad and Cheese steak tips fries. We also ordered the party wings but after 30 minutes of waiting we decided to cancel the order.

The steak only comes in two doneness (medium rare and medium well done) and a choice of gravy or what they call a bootstrap sauce which tastes pretty good as it's sweet and tangy at the same time. The buffalo roost salad is spicy. The serving size is for one.

Overall the food taste good but the service is pretty mediocre. People are not attentive, the party wings took a long time to cook. Also the place is rather small so not really a good option if you plan to dine in with more...
