McDonald's — Restaurant in Makati

McDonald’s has always been a great place for me to enjoy affordable and quick meals. This particular branch has a queuing system displayed on a monitor, which allows customers to track their orders—whether it’s being prepared or ready for pickup. It’s very convenient.

However, I noticed that employees would mark the orders as ready right away, even if they’re not, just so it counts as a completed sale or served customer. Then, instead of calling the order when it’s truly ready, they just tell the customer to wait until their number is called. This defeats the purpose of the system and makes the process less efficient, especially when customers are seated far from the counter.

If you’re going to install an automated system, why not use it properly? What’s the point of the upgrade if it won’t be used as intended? Sadly, common sense doesn’t seem so common in...

Service was really slow, other crew members didn't bother checking on customers wanting assistance by the counter - pretending to be too preoccupied with their "tasks" that they didn't notice customers there, served me old pasta with my spag (there were those thin dehydrated, darkened pasta) and icing on the cake, i ordered their buy1 take1 mcflurry (holiday promo) and when i got home, they were filled about under 2/3 of the cup! Waste of resources mcdo, should have not made the promo in the 1st place. Lastly, promo was for the oreo matcha but the crew didn't bother telling me that they ran out of matcha, GREAT SERVICE MCDO!
