I decided to have lunch at Paseo Center, and upon arriving, I noticed that most of the restaurants and even fast-food chains were busy and full of customers, which is expected around past 1 pm. Amidst the bustling crowd, I spotted Pho Hoa, a place I had never heard of before, and decided to give it a try to explore Vietnamese cuisine.

As a food lover, I approached the experience with a keen eye and palate. To my delight, I thoroughly enjoyed what I ordered, even though I didn't know its taste beforehand. The calamansi juice was a refreshing accompaniment to my meal. Despite dining alone, I noticed there were two other people also enjoying their meals. The experience was so satisfying that I'm already planning to return.

The food is good, simple and tasty enough, but the new crew is sadly not knowledgeable without a menu and too noisy. It is expected as the restaurant is after all more of a fast food than fine dining, but the branch in greenbelt 1 has a good team that is both efficient and courteous.
