JCO Donuts & Coffee, Paseo Center — Restaurant in Makati

I didn't want to leave a negative review, but I don't really have a choice.

I've tried this location twice now, once for delivery and once dine-in. Both times it was a disappointment.

First, when ordered for delivery via Grab, they screwed up the order (correct in Grab, but not what they sent). Grab driver and I called the manager of this location, and he didn't want to fix the order; only did so when I aggressively protested.

Second time, I tried dining in (thinking it might be a better experience), and was even more disappointed. Arrived @9am on a Saturday. Donut selection was surprisingly limited, so I chose from what was available. Shockingly, even the coffee choices were limited. Only 25% of the menu was available, so I just went with the most basic option, a brewed coffee. THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE CREAMER!

The donuts are nothing like a "real donut"...more like a Krispy Kreme (all sugar, minimal dough), which I personally don't care for. So 1) unsatisfactory product, 2) poor service, and 3) disappointing supply. Bad...

I just want to write a review not about the store but about the woman I saw earlier here (05-25-2021). She was on the right side of me, short hair fair skin (quite mestiza) with pointed nose and very attractive eyes. The moment I saw her the things that run on my mind is '"I'M GONNA ASK HER NAME AND TELL HER HONESTLY WHAT I REALLY FEEL RIGHT NOW THAT SHE IS VERY BEAUTIFUL" her face perhaps her personality is unique that I am so sure that I even write it here. I keep on looking on her face even though I was on the meeting hahaha because I can't keep up, her face is so addictive. She is like a something that will make someone so mesmerize trust me. I hope I can meet her again or even cross our path someday to express my feelings and thoughts that she is really INDEED very beautiful. I love j.co, but I'm not satisfied with the services of the crews because they can't provide faster transactions to the customers. Other crews just gossiping while working. Other crews don't take any considerations from the customers. Even the guard earlier, he was so rude to us and didn't give a nice courtesy to the clients.

Today is the anniversary sale of j.co, we came to buy in Paseo Center branch but unfortunately, we didn't proceed to buy due to too much waiting. Can you believe it we waited 3 hours? We are standing while waiting in the line, However, we decided that we didn't want to buy anymore because the crew said we still need to wait for about 45 mins.
