Starbucks Glorietta 5 Level 2 — Restaurant in Makati

Been here for the first time last March 6, 2022 and I was impressed by the place. Probably one of the nicest Starbucks branches I've been to here in the Philippines.

This branch is spacious and really looks new and clean. It has a veranda where you can enjoy your coffee al fresco while gazing upon the view of Glorietta mall and the park in front of it. It would be pleasant to stay there in the evenings and enjoy the city lights of the CBD.

I got my usual grande of cafe latte and sat inside. We also got a slice of blueberry cheesecake which was delicious. The place is well lit and has many tables to choose from. There weren't many people around so it wasn't crowded or noisy when we were there.

The staff here are friendly and very courteous - something that is not consistent in all Starbucks branches. There are a few branches I've been to where I really got turned off by the service ranging from poorly trained to downright rude (Starbucks Banawe I'm talking about you). Here, the one who took my order and the one who gave me my order were both well-trained and friendly, which is the real Starbucks standard.

This Starbucks branch is an excellent place to relax amidst the hustle and bustle of Makati. The location is convenient, especially for mall-goers, and the atmosphere is both modern and cozy.

The staff here are friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making the service quick even during busy hours. The seating area is spacious and comfortable, making it ideal for casual meet-ups, study sessions, or solo coffee breaks.

The coffee and food are top-notch, maintaining Starbucks' high standards. Plus, the branch is well-maintained, would've been nice if it was clean and organized the night I was there. A great spot nonetheless to recharge while shopping or working...

This Starbucks feels a little exclusive as it's located in Glorietta 5 which is separated from the rest of the other buildings.

It was very busy when I visited and there is a great view overlooking the center Glorietta park area.

However, tables are not very clean. Electrical plugs are available but mostly at the long work communal tables.

Despite being not too busy, this branch is unorganized. The barista ran out of cup holders for hot drinks and tied tissues around the cups instead. There was a lot of confusion regarding drinks as well. Customers who ordered first got their drinks later.
