During my recent visit to Jollibee in Boracay, I was left with a rather disappointing food experience that fell short of my expectations. While Jollibee is known for its fast food offerings, the quality and taste at this particular location left much to be desired.
One of the main issues I encountered was with the fried chicken. To my dismay, the chicken I received was undercooked, with raw portions inside. This not only compromised the safety and hygiene of the dish but also made it unpleasant to consume. It was a clear indication of subpar food preparation and quality control, which is unacceptable for a reputed fast food chain like Jollibee.
Additionally, I ordered a burger which turned out to be a lackluster choice. The patty was dry and lacked the juiciness and flavor expected from a burger. What made matters worse was the absence of any sauce or vegetables, leaving the burger dry and unappetizing. The lack of proper toppings and condiments took away from the overall enjoyment of the meal.
In terms of service, the staff members were polite and efficient in taking orders. However, when I brought up my concerns about the raw chicken and unsatisfactory burger, the response from the staff was disappointing. They seemed indifferent and did not offer any resolution or compensation for the poor quality of the food.
It's worth noting that this review is based on my personal experience at Jollibee Boracay, and it's possible that this was an isolated incident. However, it is disheartening to encounter such issues at a well-established fast food chain, especially in a popular tourist destination like Boracay.
Considering the inconsistent quality of the food and the lackluster response to customer concerns, I cannot recommend Jollibee Boracay as a reliable option for a satisfying dining experience. There are numerous other dining establishments on the island that offer better quality and value for money.
If you do choose to visit Jollibee Boracay, I would advise exercising caution and thoroughly checking your food before consuming it. It's important to prioritize your health and well-being when dining out, and it's unfortunate that Jollibee Boracay fell short in this regard during my visit.
Note: It's essential to remember that this review reflects my personal experience at Jollibee Boracay and may not represent the typical dining experience at this establishment. Factors such as staff competence and food quality can vary, so it's always recommended to exercise discretion and consider multiple reviews before making your...

Visit 1
Half of the items are unavailable at 7:30pm. Service is quite good and what was served to us is quite good. However it's a nightmare eating there amongst all the announcements for tables to pick their food. The announcement is quite loud, they just need to delegate one person to take food to the table as they are already giving out a table top number. When we were having our mean, we requested a person to get us some ketchup, the person just asked us to get it from the counter. I watched him inform his colleague on the floor about our request but that was ignored too.

We walk out as nothing we aks is available. No spicy chicken, no coke float, no thigh option. We have a hearty meal at Jasper.

Then she just ignored us and did her thing. Very bad attitude! He also showed us the bill she wrote incorrectly. We asked her to look at the monitor to confirm, but she ignored us and just asked us to wait. We waited for half an hour. The ice has melted, which is a bit exaggerated. Later, I reported this situation to other employees, and they confirmed it and gave us money. The female employee didn't even apologize. This is simply an evil way to deliberately deprive tourists of their money. It's absolutely impossible to say she was wrong. I watched her read the money and then put it in the drawer. If she made a mistake, how did she know to put the 1,000-peso bill into the 1,000-peso box?
